Refund Policy

At Swing Shack Golf, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy. Please review the details below to ensure you are aware of our terms before booking your rental.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations Made 48+ Hours Before Rental Start Time:

    • Customers who cancel their booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental start time are eligible for a full refund of the rental fee.
       

  • Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours of Rental Start Time:

    • If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, a 25% cancellation fee will apply. The remaining 75% of the rental fee will be refunded.
       

  • Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows:

    • Cancellations made on the day of the rental or failure to show up for a scheduled booking will not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to change your rental date or time, we encourage you to reschedule rather than cancel. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
 

  • Rescheduling requests within 48 hours of the rental start time may be subject to a 25% rebooking fee, depending on availability.
     

  • Same-day rescheduling is not permitted, and such requests will be considered a cancellation, following the policy outlined above.

Weather Related Cancelations

If an event is impacted by severe weather conditions that make the rental unsafe or impossible, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, we may issue a full refund at our discretion.

  • Weather-related cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible.

  • Light rain or cold temperatures do not qualify for weather-related refunds.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
