At Swing Shack Golf, safety is our top priority. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience while using our golf simulator, we require all users to adhere to the following safety guidelines:

1. Proper Use: The golf simulator is to be used for its intended purpose only—practicing and playing virtual golf. Misuse of the equipment may result in termination of rental without refund.

2. Safe Swing Area: Maintain a clear space around the golfer. Spectators and additional users must remain outside the designated swing zone to avoid injury.

3. Proper Equipment Handling: Only use the provided or approved golf clubs and balls. Damaging the equipment due to negligence may result in additional charges.

4. Supervision: Minors (under 18) must be supervised by an adult at all times.

5. Footwear & Attire: Users must wear appropriate footwear (no spikes or cleats)

6. Technical Assistance: If technical issues arise, do not attempt to fix the equipment yourself. Contact Swing Shack Golf for assistance.

Failure to comply with these safety guidelines may result in immediate termination of use without a refund and potential liability for damages.

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that using the golf simulator involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, and equipment malfunction. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

2. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Swing Shack Golf, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my use of the golf simulator, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Swing Shack Golf against any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from my use or misuse of the simulator.

4. Responsibility for Damages: I accept full responsibility for any damages to the simulator or property caused by my misuse or negligence and agree to cover repair or replacement costs.

5. Medical Fitness: I certify that I am physically able to participate in this activity and do not have any medical conditions that could be aggravated by simulator use.

6. Photography & Media: I consent to Swing Shack Golf using photos/videos taken during my session for promotional purposes.

7. Acknowledgment of Rules: I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the safety policies outlined above.
