rental agreement overview

This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Swing Shack Golf (“Company”) and the individual or entity (“Renter”) renting the golf simulator. By signing this Agreement, the Renter agrees to the following terms and conditions.

2. Rental Period & Fees

• The rental period begins at the time specified in the rental confirmation and ends at the agreed-upon return time.

• Late returns may result in additional fees, calculated on an hourly or daily basis.

• All rental fees must be paid in full before equipment is released to the Renter.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the rental start time are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the rental.

4. Equipment Use & Responsibility

• The Renter agrees to use the golf simulator for its intended purpose only and follow all provided operating instructions.

• The Renter is responsible for any damage to the equipment during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear.

• Swing Shack Golf reserves the right to inspect the equipment upon return and charge for any damages.

5. Safety & Liability

• The Renter assumes all risks associated with using the golf simulator.

• The Renter must ensure that all participants follow Swing Shack Golf’s safety guidelines.

• Swing Shack Golf is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from improper use of the equipment.

6. Delivery & Setup

• If Swing Shack Golf provides delivery and setup services, the Renter must ensure the designated setup area is suitable for the equipment.

• Any access restrictions, obstacles, or delays in setup may result in additional fees.

• At the end of the rental period, the Renter must allow access for pickup at the agreed-upon time.

7. Prohibited Uses

• The Renter may not sublease, loan, or allow unauthorized persons to use the equipment.

• The equipment must not be used outdoors unless explicitly approved by Swing Shack Golf.

• The equipment may not be altered, tampered with, or repaired by the Renter.

8. Indemnification

The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Swing Shack Golf, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from the use of the golf simulator.

9. Force Majeure

Swing Shack Golf is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, power outages, or natural disasters.

10. Agreement Acknowledgment

By signing below, the Renter acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
